Do you do emergency cleaning after a disaster?

Absolutely! Let us take the stress out of your post disaster clean.

Can you buff and polish the floors in my building?

We have highly trained and skilled staff who specialise in hard floor care and maintenance.

We can offer our expertise in:
Strip, sealing and polishing vinyl floors.
Restoration of dull vinyl floors.
Buffing of wooden floors.
Advice on floor maintenance.

How often can I have a service?

You can choose the frequency of your clean, daily, weekly, fortnightly or even monthly. We provide the service that is best suited to you and your requirements.
We also offer one-off cleans in the form of event or post function cleans, spring cleans for domestic properties, pre-sale property cleans, rental and house moving cleans, and new build cleans.

Do I need to be home when a cleaner services my property?

No you do not, all of our staff are security vetted to ensure we are providing the highest quality service with complete confidence.

However, you will need to meet with our Cleaning Supervisor to discuss you requirements before the service commences and provide us with access to your property. We provide staff that can be trusted so you have peace of mind that comes with knowing your property is secure in every sense of the word.

Is the cleaner coming to my property screened for suitability?

We wouldn’t have it any other way!

Developed out of over 20 years of experience in the security industry, we understand the need for high quality service that offers security and discretion.
All of our staff are extensively screened with the same extensive process applied to our security staff, you can be assured that background and police checks have been administered and we will provide you with the best cleaner suited to your site requirements.

Can I change my scheduled day of cleaning?

No problem, if your current cleaning schedule no longer suits, please contact our friendly office team so we can alter your arrangements.

Do I need to provide cleaning equipment and products?

You do not need to, we can work with the products you prefer, however, we do provide a full range of environmentally friendly products that clean and sanitise without harming our planet, your home or work environment.

What if something is damaged while cleaning my property?

Our staff are all experienced cleaners, in the unlikely event of any damage or injury caused by our cleaner’s negligence, they are all covered with Public Liability insurance.
